mHospital (M Hospital inc.) does not sell your data. The data of registered users, subscribers, website visitors, and healthcare providers is only shared with third-party service providers for statistical analyses that allow us to improve our services. The data is also used for marketing purposes.

SHARE MY DATA WITH ME

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), exercised on January 1, 2020 provides mHospital users and healthcare providers the right to access their data including personal information collected within the last 12 months and being used for various reasons at mHospital. If you intend to access your mHospital data, please email us at support@m-hospital.com from the email account which was used to sign up and login.

Be sure that the email is sent from the same account which is registered with us. The data access request will not be addressed if sender address and account name in our records do not match.

DELETE MY DATA

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), exercised on January 1, 2020 ensures that California residents possess the right to ask us to permanently delete their data including personal information. We can delete your personal information upon request.

Please note that delete your data including personal information will delete your mHospital account too. Once you place a request for data deletion as a mHospital Healthcare Provider, you will not remain an active provider anymore.

Your data once deleted cannot be recovered and you will have to make a new account if needed. Nevertheless, you may request data retention at the time of placing a data deletion request if you intend to retain some of your data.
